This Code is the most important inside of the Responsible Care, because it wants to assure that each step of the product life be developed protecting the people health and taking care of the Environment.

There is not doubt, this it is the last Code that a company should implement, because, in order  to apply it successfully, it is required to advance in the implementation of all the other ones.

The Code take into account all the steps of the product life cycle: design, production, distribution, use and final disposal.

Some key aspects of this Code are the following ones:

• To reduce the risks of the products.

• To take into account eventual risks of the products in their design step.

• To promote the responsible handling of the chemical products in suppliers, contractors, distributors and customers.

• To promote the adoption of the Responsible Care practices in the mentioned people above.
