The Starting of this Code should take to:

• Start and maintain a community approach program, which give useful and outstanding information that responds to the restlessness related with health, security and Environment.

• Give information of such activities as: minimization in the residuals generation, reduction of emissions, chemical inputs effects in the health and measures to a sure transport of such products.

• Help to protect the workers and the community by the development of an effective emergencies' answer program.

• Include the communicational's necessities of the community of answer programs.
