The objective is achieve a surer distribution of the chemical substances, evaluating risks, developing new technologies, providing consultantship in the topic and completing or surpassing the legal requirements and the standards of the industry.

The adoption of this Code, means for the companies:

• Evaluate and reduce the risks in the chemical products transport and distribution.

• Reach or overcome the prevailing normative and the industry standards  regarding the transport or distribution of chemical products.

• Provide information and/or help the people involved in an eventual emergency happened during the transport or distribution of chemical products.

• Implementation of practical and methods which increase the security in transport and in the distribution of chemical products.
