 In order to respond in an efficient way to market requirements, OXIQUIM S.A. is organized in five Divisions:
 Commercial This Division is responsible for the commercialization, representation and distribution of a wide range of chemical products which, in general, are not produced by Oxiquim. Its main activities are developed within the national market. However, it is expanding, in accordance to its strategic plans, to the Peruvian and Bolivian markets. The Commercial Division is formed by two business areas:

 |  Resins This Division is devoted to the production of Specials Resins and Resins for the industry of plywood boards, being its principal products: urea formaldehyde resins, urea melamine formaldehyde, phenol formaldehyde and phenol resorcinol formaldehyde. Besides, it represents foreign companies that commercialize to plywood related products.

|  Maritime Terminals and Logistic Services Its facilities are located in the Bay of Quintero (V Region) and Gulf of Arauco (VIII Region). Its processes allow Oxiquim to give efficient and safe services of storage and transference of liquid bulks to foreign and local clients. [ Services ] |
|  International Division devotes its management to the international commerce, providing raw materials and logistics solutions to the international chemical market, with quality products and a tracking system, according to the client’s needs.[ Products ] |
|  Plastics This Division distributes and represents a wide range of thermoplastic resins, master batches, additives and compounds, as well as films for the flexible packing industry. [ Products ] |
